LAWSON, District Judge.

Presently before the Court is the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. On March 8, 2004, the plaintiff, Frank Long, a citizen of Missouri, filed a complaint in this Court alleging medical malpractice against the defendants, who are citizens of Michigan.
