Plaintiff, Angela D. Covey, filed this action against defendants, her former employers. In its previous order, the court granted defendants’ motion for summary judgment as to the plaintiffs claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. and the Tennessee Handicap Act, Tenn.Code Ann. § 8-50-103. The court denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment as to plaintiffs claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”).
