MEMORANDUM OPINION AND DECISION

This cause comes before the Court after a Trial on the Plaintiffs Complaint to Determine the Dischargeability of certain Student Loan Debts held by the Defendant, Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency. At the Trial, the Parties were afforded the opportunity to present evidence and make any arguments that they wished the Court to consider in reaching its decision.
