On September 29, 1999, the above-captioned Plaintiff filed an adversary complaint, in accordance with Bankruptcy Rule 7001, seeking to have a certain student loan obligation discharged on the basis that repayment of that student loan would constitute an undue hardship within the meaning of § 523(a)(8).
