In the instant adversary proceeding, the Plaintiff/Debtor, Cynthia Flores, seeks to discharge certain student loan debts owed to the Defendant, the United States Department of Education. As it pertains to her cause of action, the Debtor argues that her educational debts should be found to be dischargeable in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8) which provides for the dischargeability of a student loan obligation if “excepting such debt from discharge ... will impose an undue hardship on the debtor and the debtor’s dependents[.]” In the…
