Plaintiff Sandra Marshall (“Marshall”) seeks monetary relief for alleged violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (2012) and the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981, 1985 (2012).
