Per the amended complaint (D.I. 22), defendant Tracy Coats is a former partner of plaintiffs Carl Le Souef and Dr. Pravan-su Mohanty.1 (D.I. 22 at ¶¶ 28, 49). While acting as partners, they used plaintiff Hydrogen Master Rights, Ltd.
