The Deer Island Fish & Oyster Company sued the First National Bank of Biloxi, Miss., alleging that said bank had paid forged checks from “funds belonging to it,” amounting to two thousand three hundred eleven dollars and forty-seven cents, and setting forth, in the pleading, the dates of the checks, the payees therein, and exhibiting each forged check as a part of the declaration, in one count.
