SMITH, Chief Judge.

Thomas E. Gibson was indicted jointly with his nephew, Gary M. Gibson, Jr., 1 on 21 counts of burglary. The trial court granted Gibson’s motion for a directed verdict of acquittal on one count. A jury acquitted Gibson on one count and found him guilty of the remaining nineteen counts. Judgments of conviction and sentences were entered on the jury’s verdicts, and Gibson appeals following the denial of his motion for new trial.
