Defendant Anderson appeals his conviction of one count of aggravated assault and two counts of armed robbery. Held:
1. Defendant was charged in a seven-count indictment with offenses arising from three incidents separated in time by two weeks or more. On defendant’s motion for severance, a separate trial was granted as to the two most recent offenses which occurred on June 22, 1995.
