Defendant Alphones Whitfield, a/k/a Timothy Whitfield, a/k/a Chester Williams was jointly indicted with Jacqueline Herndon and charged with the sale of cocaine within 1,000 feet of a housing project, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a housing project, and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a housing project.
