The will and codicil before me for construction weró made and executed by the testatrix, in Sheffield, Massachusetts, of which place she was a resident. The property disposed consisted of realty and personalty situated in the State of Massachusetts and of realty situated in this State.
The questions for construction arise out of the following clauses of the instruments:
