The main object and purpose of this bill of complaint is to secure a decree directing the property (wliolfy personal) of the estate of Elizabeth S. Eaton, deceased, to be transferred to the complainant, William S. Watkins, as administrator with the will annexed of the estate, etc., of said decedent, appointed by the probate court of the county of Washtenaw, state of Michigan, by the defendant, Hervey E.
