Our prior opinion, delivered November 8, 2000, is withdrawn.

Appellant Zedric Miller was found guilty of aggravated assault, and the jury recommended a sentence of 20 years imprisonment and a $10,000 fine. At the hearing on the State’s Motion to Cumulate Sentences, Miller’s attorney admitted that Miller was currently serving 30 years for two prior convictions.
