BEA ANN SMITH, Justice.
Robert Owens II appeals from judgments of conviction for aggravated sexual assault of a child by contact, 1 indecency with a child by contact, 2 and indecency with a _ child by exposure. 3 Owens contends that the trial court erred by cumu-lating his sentences when the evidence shows that he might have committed some of these offenses before the effective date of the statute authorizing cumulation.
