Eldon Miller appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County dismissing his petition for judicial review of *487orders of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”). The Commission’s orders denied review of two decisions of the appeals tribunal of the Division of Employment Security. The appeals tribunal found that Miller was an employer under Chapter 288, RSMo Supp. 1984, and his employee, Richard W. Hocking, was entitled to wage credits for the period from January 1 to September 30, 1984.

The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.
