ANDERSON, Judge.
In this action plaintiff, Jacqueline M. Duzer, sought a judicial review in the Circuit Court of a decision of the Industrial Commission of Missouri which was adverse to her. The cause was dismissed by the trial court for lack of jurisdiction. Plaintiff has appealed.
The petition for review was filed April 20, 1963. Named as defendants in said suit at that time were the Industrial Com mission of Missouri, S. N. Crowe, George W. Wise and Charles E. Cates. The three individuals named were the members of the Industrial Commission. The petition was in words and figures as follows:
