[¶ 1] Fore, LLC appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Mills, J.) granting Massachusetts-based accountant William A. Benoit’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. Fore, which is a Maine entity, purchased a Maine business from a New Hampshire client of Benoit and alleges that Benoit fraudulently misrepresented that the tax returns he prepared for the Maine business were accurate. We vacate because we conclude that Fore has made the requisite prima facie showing that Benoit’s contacts with Maine were related to the claims in this case and that…
