Sargent v. Sargent

¶ 1 Appellant, Walter F. Sargent III, appeals from an order finding him in contempt for nonpayment of child support. Because this order is not a final order, we quash the appeal.

¶ 2 Initially, we address the procedural irregularities which have occurred since the Notice of Appeal was filed. For some unexplained reason, the Notice of Appeal was captioned “Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Walter F.
