The matter before the court is the motion for relief from the automatic stay filed on behalf of Monteverde’s, Inc., a supplier of perishable agricultural commodities, including fresh and prepackaged fruits and vegetables. During calendar year 1996, Monteverde’s sold and delivered in excess of $354,693 worth of fruits and vegetables to restaurants owned or operated by Debt- or, the Italian Oven, Inc.
