MEMORANDUM DECISION

CHIN, District Judge.

In this Jones Act case, plaintiff Michael Furlong, Jr. (“Furlong” or “plaintiff’) seeks recovery for injuries sustained when his right hand was crushed by a gangway as it was brought aboard the vessel upon which he worked. Three matters are before the Court. First, defendant Circle Line Statue of Liberty Ferry, Inc. (“Circle Line”) listed two potential witnesses, John Scarbrough, Ph.D. and Steve Phelan, in the Joint Pretrial Order submitted on June 14, 1995.
