Old Fashion Baptist Church appeals from a Silver Bow County District Court judgment disallowing its claimed property tax exemptions. We affirm in part and reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.

On July 23,1975, the Church recorded a grant deed to lots *45310-16 in a subdivision near Butte. On the same day a notice of purchasers interest was recorded by the Church for lots 6-9 in the same subdivision. All lots are surrounded by one fence.
