This is an appeal, by the defendant from a judgment entered in the district court of Lake County, Montana.

The record discloses that plaintiff is a non-profit corporation, incorporated for the purpose of establishing and maintaining a Methodist Church summer camp on Flathead Lake in Lake County, Montana.
