On February 18, 1977, plaintiff Mark Golembiowski filed a claim of appeal 1 with the Oakland County Circuit Court from a decision by the Madison Heights Civil Service Commission (hereinafter the Commission) which reduced a written reprimand to an oral reprimand, and which affirmed several suspensions of various lengths and plaintiff’s discharge from the Madison Heights Police Department. Pursuant to hearings held on January 21 and February 1, 1978, the circuit court affirmed. Following plaintiff’s appeal by right, we reverse in part and remand for additional proceedings.
