Certiorari to the Court of Appeals, Division III, to review an unpublished opinion of the Court of Appeals. The issue presented is whether the acts of Morrison amount to misconduct.
SUMMARY OF FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
Willa Morrison was employed by Nordam as an insurance clerk from October 1990 to October 1993. On October 13,1993, a supervisor at Nordam presented Morrison with a written memorandum concerning her work performance.
