OPINION

FOLEY, Judge.

Dorothy A. Plaster appeals the dissolution judgment of December 20, 1984, claiming the trial court abused its discretion in the property division. Respondent-petitioner Robert G. Plaster filed no notice of appeal. We affirm.

STATEMENT OF THE FACTS

The parties had been married since 1956. Respondent was employed as a policeman for St. Paul from 1955 through 1981. In 1964, respondent and a friend founded Hill-crest Sportman’s Club, a business which offered group rates on charter planes.
