This case comes before this court on appeal from certain orders or judgments punishing the defendants for contempt of court.
Early in 1913, plaintiff association engaged in business at Barnes-ville, Minnesota, in marketing the potatoes of its stockholders. Defendant Cary was its president and was in charge of the business. In July, 1913, Cary resigned. During the fall of 1913, Cary and Bernardy conducted a business of handling potatoes.
