Petitioner commenced this summary proceeding on February 27, 2004, seeking possession of the premises, a warrant of evic*248tion, and a judgment of $512 with interest, plus costs and disbursements, plus reasonable use and occupancy for the period February 1, 2004 through the date of vacation of the premises.
