Moen v. State

This is an appeal from a vacation of an arbitrators’ award, awarding plaintiff $10,900 for additional expenses incurred in completing the ductwork for a building. There were no findings of fact or conclusions of law stated in the award.

The contract for the mechanical work was let in November-December 1970, and the project was completed in March 1972. Throughout the period from April 1971 to March 1972 constant changes in the ductwork had to be made.
