Affirming.

On July 21, 1928, O. D. Estes solicited and secured from Ernest Smith an application to the Inter-Sonthern Life Insurance Company for an insurance policy for $2,000 on his life. The policy applied for was issued and at the request of insured was delivered to his sister, Mrs. Frankie Stephenson, the designated beneficiary, who signed or caused a receipt to be signed therefor in the name of insured.
