Reversing.
The Commonwealth Life Insurance Company issued a policy for $25,000 on March 24, 1922, on the life of Lynn Hanly Bohon. Shortly thereafter the beneficiary was changed from his wife to the D. T. Bohon Company, of which he was president. Bohon died February 6, 1935. The beneficiary brought this suit on the •policy but went into bankruptcy thereafter and it is being prosecuted by its trustee in bankruptcy. The claim for the proceeds rests upon “extended insurance. ” The case was tried before a jury, but on defendant’s motion was transferred…
