This matter concerns Defendant Kangaroo Manufacturing, Inc. ("Kangaroo")'s alleged copyright infringement of a banana costume made and copyrighted by Plaintiff Silvertop Associates, Inc., doing business as Rasta Imposta ("Rasta Imposta").
