Plaintiff, in his individual capacity and as Administrator of the Estate of his deceased wife, brought this maritime wrongful death action against Defendant alleging negligence under the Death on the High Seas Act, 46 U.S.C. §§ 30301 - 30308 and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
