THIS CAUSE came on for consideration upon the Applications for Costs pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7054 by various Defendant Excess Insurance Companies (collectively the “Defendants”) in this adversary proceeding filed by Celotex Corporation and Carey Canada, Inc. (collectively the “Debtor”). Pursuant to confirmation in this Chapter 11 case, 1 the Asbestos Settlement Trust (the “Trust”) replaced the Debtor as the party in interest in this case, and objected to Defendants’ Bills of Costs.
