Both Arthur Trantafello (hereinafter Husband) and Dorothy Trantafello (hereinafter Wife) appeal from portions of a judgment in Family Law Act proceedings. Wife, who was respondent in Husband’s petition for dissolution, filed a response in which she sought a declaration of nullity pursuant to Civil Code section 4425, subdivision (d) (fraud).
