MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The plaintiff, Deborah Hengen, brings this action against the defendants, Emer Coyne and Thomas Francis, alleging breach of contract, tortious breach of contract. and statutory theft. Hengen claims that the defendants entered into a contract to board and train her horse in exchange for a share of the profits from the sale of the horse, and that the defendants breached the contract by selling Hengen's horse without compensating her.
