Appellants CFS Enterprises, Inc. (“CFS”) and Chad Franklin (“Franklin”) appeal from a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Clay County in favor of Respondents David and Diana Lynn Heck-adon on Respondents’ claims that Appellants violated the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (“MMPA”) by misrepresenting or omitting material facts about a vehicle Respondents purchased from Appellants. For the following reasons, the judgment is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part.
