International Division, Inc. v. DeWitt & Associates, Inc.

International Division, Inc. (“INDIV”), appeals the trial court’s reduction of a jury verdict for INDIV and against DeWitt and Associates, Inc. (“DeWitt”), by the total amount of INDIVs pre-trial settlements with other defendants. See section 537.060.1 In three points, INDIV con*227tends that the trial court’s admission of exhibits that evidenced the settlements in question was erroneous. We agree and, therefore, reverse and remand.
