Vatterott Educational Centers, Inc., doing business as Vatterott College (Vatter-ott), appeals the trial court’s judgment in favor of Ms. Jennifer Kerr. Ms. Kerr sued Vatterott for damages under the Missouri Merchandise Practices Act (MMPA), sections 407.010 to 407.130. 1 A jury found Vatterott liable to Ms. Kerr for its deceitful practices in selling a certain educational program offered by its institution.
