In International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 481 v. Sign-Craft, Inc., 851 F.2d 910 (7th Cir.1988), this court upheld the district court’s determination that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction under § 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”) to decide whether a valid collective bargaining agreement existed between the appellant and the appellee.
