In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for employment *511discrimination pursuant to Executive Law § 296, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Satterfield, J.), dated July 26, 2005, which denied their motion to vacate a prior order of the same court dated January 7, 2005, granting the defendants’ renewed motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
