— In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for tortious interference with contract rights, defendant appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), entered September 21,1982, as denied its motion to dismiss the action for failure to timely serve a complaint, extended plaintiff’s time to serve the complaint to 10 days after service upon plaintiff’s attorney of a copy of the order appealed from with notice of entry, and granted plaintiff’s cross motion to compel defendant to *531accept service of the complaint. 10rder reversed…
