STAHL, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-appellant Alan Lee Amirault appeals his sentence of sixty months’ imprisonment for possession of photographs of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. We vacate the sentence and remand for resentencing.

On August 22, 1997, Amirault pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire to one count of possessing visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
