Plaintiff Lorraine Richards has brought the present action alleging sexual harassment, race and sex discrimination, and retaliation against her employer (Walter Fernald State School) and her supervisor (John Bruk). In her amended complaint, she added a claim for “aiding and abetting” (G.L.c. 15IB, §4(5)), a claim for violation of her civil rights (G.L.c. 12, §111), and common-law claims for intentional interference with contractual relations, intentional infliction of emotional distress, assault, and negligent hiring and supervision.
