— Petitioners sought review of the Court of Appeals’ decision affirming the trial court’s judgment in favor of Wal-Mart as to claims of discrimination, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, battery, and violations of the Consumer Protection Act, chapter 19.86 RCW. At issue is whether the trial court correctly granted a motion for judgment as a matter of law, setting aside the jury’s verdict, on the claim of Consumer Protection Act violations.
