This employment discrimination action brought by a veteran returning from service in Afghanistan and Iraq requires that the court decide whether a reasonable jury could find in his favor on claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (“USERRA”), 38 U.S.C. § 4301 et seq.
