This action was instituted June 22, 1920, by the appellant against the appellee for a divorce. The complaint is in part as follows: “That on June 29,1911, the plaintiff and the defendant, John H. Pryor, Jr., were lawfully married at Hamburg, in the State of Arkansas, and that after that time until recently lived and cohabited together as husband and wife at Hamburg, Arkansas; that no child was ever born to the plaintiff and defendant as a result of this marriage.
