The appellant, John Kurtz, sued his wife,. Annie, for a divorce on the ground of adultery. She denied the charge in her answer, and on her part, filed a cross-bill for a divorce, on the ground of cruel and inhuman treatment on his partin requiring of her overwork ; and also-charging circumstances of gross and repeated insult, and studied coldness and contempt; amounting as she contends-to such indignities to her person as to render her condition-intolerable.
