Error to Alger; Fead, J. Quo warranto proceedings by the people of the State of Michigan, on the relation of David E. Simmons, prosecuting attorney, against August A. Anderson to try the title to the office of school trustee. Judgment of ouster. Defendant brings error.

“This is a quo warranto proceeding brought by the prosecuting attorney of Alger county, on his own relation, to test the right of respondent to the office of member of the board of education of the Rock River township school district in such county.
