— Appellee recovered a judgment against appellant in the trial court for personal injuries sustained by him in a collision between a motorcycle on which he was riding and a motor truck then in use by appellant in its business and driven by one of its employes. The collision happened at the intersection of Twenty-fourth and Bellefontaine streets in the city of Indianapolis while appellee riding on his motorcycle was crossing Bellefontaine street.
